I'm kind of um . . . surprised that "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" won for Best Original Song. That was unexpected. Fortunately, I'm buoyed by Crash's successful bid for Best Picture. After school today I went to the "Outdoors" show, or whatever it's called, at the Golf Dome. They showcase outdoor equipment and outdoor recreation businesses and stuff. It was mildly interesting, and I got some photos that I may put up if I'm not too lazy. :D

My weekend was full of character-driven goodness, starting with Sin City on Friday and culminating on Saturday with Crash. I can certainly see why Crash deserves to win Best Picture, and I will not hesitate to call it one of the Best Movies Ever.
